[2] SCRIPTURE OF THE DAY [858B]
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. 10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. “ Galatians 6:9 – 10, (Authorized King James Bible; AV)
But we must be on guard against evil men as warned at 2 Timothy 3:13, [AV] “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” And be obedient followers of Jesus (Yeshua) per Hebrews 3:14, [AV] “For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;” And as the 4 Apostle John wrote at John 9:4 - 5, [AV] “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. 5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” Jesus must be doing the works of his father. So clearly if we are believers in Christ we are per Ephesians 2:19 – 20, “Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;”
[3] DISCOURSE ON THE ANTICHRIST OF THE SCRIPTURES:
INTRODUCTION:
To start out it is important to understand the Antichrist is not one in number, but many as clearly revealed by 1 John 2:18, "Little children, it is the last hour: and as you have heard that Antichrist cometh, even now there are become many Antichrists: whereby we know that it is the last hour." (Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible; DRCB). It is not one individual or organization, but many that make up the composite body of the Antichrists. Some in error point to this individual or another and claim he/she is the Antichrist, but in reality is plural or many. Some claim the Antichrist is the Pope, or Osama bin Ladin, or some other indivudual, but no matter how bad, no one individual is the Antichrists.
Truly the Antichrists is all who are not really on the side of God (YHWH) and his only begotten Son, Jesus (Yeshua) who is the Messiah. This fact is made clear at Luke 11:23, "He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth." (DRCB); And at Matthew 7:21-24, "Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he shall enter into the kingdom of heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day: Lord, Lord, have not we prophesied in thy name, and cast out devils in thy name, and done many miracles in thy name? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity. 24 Every one therefore that heareth these my words, and doth them, shall be likened to a wise man that built his house upon a rock," (DRCB). So now we know the Antichrists are all those not really on the side of God (YHWH), and any identifying the Antichrists with one individual are in error as it applies to an entire class of individuals.
IDENTIFIED AS THOSE DENYING THE FATHER AND THE SON ARE THE ANTICHRISTS:
Clearly the scriptures identify those denying the Father (YHWH) and the Son, Jesus (Yeshua) make up the class known as the Antichrists in the scriptures. This class puts forth the sayings of man as more pertinent or taking precedence over scripture. This is made quite clear at 1 John 2:21-23, "I have not written to you as to them that know not the truth, but as to them that know it: and that no lie is of the truth. 22 Who is a liar, but he who denieth that Jesus is the Christ? This is Antichrist, who denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. He that confesseth the Son hath the Father also." (DRCB); And at John 15:20-23, "Remember my word that I said to you: The servant is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they have kept my word, they will keep yours also. 21 But all these things they will do to you for my name's sake: because they know not him that sent me. 22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin: but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also." (DRCB). So clearly the Antichrists is made up of a class denying the Father (YHWH) and the Son, Jesus (Yeshua), as two distinct beings in heaven.
THE ANITCHRIST IS THE CLASS DENYING THAT JESUS IS THE CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD:
All those doing this are clearly liars as shown by 1 John 2:22, previously quoted; and by John 8:38-49, "I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and you do the things that you have seen with your father. 39 They answered and said to him: Abraham is our father. Jesus saith them: If you be the children of Abraham, do the works of Abraham. 40 But now you seek to kill me, a man who have spoken the truth to you, which I have heard of God. This Abraham did not. 41 You do the works of your father. They said therefore to him: We are not born of fornication: we have one Father, even God. 42 Jesus therefore said to them: If God were your Father, you would indeed love me. For from God I proceeded and came. For I came not of myself: but he sent me. 43 Why do you not know my speech? Because you cannot hear my word. 44 You are of your father the devil: and the desires of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning: and he stood not in the truth, because truth is not in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father thereof. 45 But if I say the truth, you believe me not. 46 Which of you shall convince me of sin? If I say the truth to you, why do you not believe me: 47 He that is of God heareth the words of God. Therefore you hear them not, because you are not of God. 48 The Jews therefore answered and said to him: Do not we say well that thou art a Samaritan and hast a devil? 49 Jesus answered: I have not a devil: but I honour my Father. And you have dishonoured me." (DRCB). Here Jesus (Yeshua) identified the Antichrist as those doing the works of Satan the Devil; And at John 9:22, "These things his parents said, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had already agreed among themselves that if any man should confess him to be Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue." (DRCB); clearly once more showing that many are mislead into believing they are doing the works of God (YHWH) when in reality they are doing Satan's works and hence are a part of the class known as the Antichrists.
Many of this class go so far as to even deny that Jesus (Yeshua) ever came to the earth as a perfect man of flesh, yet the scriptures make this fact clear at 1 John 4:1-3, "Dearly beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits if they be of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 By this is the spirit of God known. Every spirit which confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that dissolveth Jesus is not of God. And this is Antichrist, of whom you have heard that he cometh: and he is now already in the world." (DRCB); And at 2 John 7-13 a warning is given that all should pay heed to, "Dearly beloved, let us love one another: for charity is of God. And every one that loveth is born of God and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God: for God is charity. 9 By this hath the charity of God appeared towards us, because God hath sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we may live by him. 10 In this is charity: not as though we had loved God, but because he hath first loved us, and sent his Son to be a propitiation for our sins. 11 My dearest, if God hath so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abideth in us: and his charity is perfected in us. 13 In this we know that we abide in him, and he in us: because he hath given us of his spirit." (DRCB).
DEVIATION FROM TRUE RELIGIOUS PRINCIPLES MARK ONE AS PART OF CLASS:
These are the ones who count man's word of greater precedent than the word of God (YHWH) saying such things there are things NOT in the Bible that constitute true Christianity or Christian practices not wanting to realize that if the Bible does not say it, it counts for nothing with God (YHWH). However, Matthew 24:23-26 clearly shows, "Then if any man shall say to you, Lo here is Christ, or there: do not believe him. 24 For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall shew great signs and wonders, insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect. 25 Behold I have told it to you, beforehand. 26 If therefore they shall say to you, Behold he is in the desert: go ye not out. Behold he is in the closets: believe it not." (DRCB); And at Matthew 24:4-5, "And Jesus answering, said to them: Take heed that no man seduce you. 5 For many will come in my name saying, I am Christ. And they will seduce many." (DRCB).
In addition, false prophets will arise as foretold at 1 John 4:1-4, "Dearly beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits if they be of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 By this is the spirit of God known. Every spirit which confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that dissolveth Jesus is not of God. And this is Antichrist, of whom you have heard that he cometh: and he is now already in the world. 4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome him. Because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." (DRCB); And at Matthew 7:12-15, "12 All things therefore whatsoever you would that men should do to you, do you also to them. For this is the law and the prophets. 13 Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in thereat. 14 How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life: and few there are that find it! 15 Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves." (DRCB);
And at Acts 13:6-10, "And when they had gone through the whole island, as far as Paphos, they found a certain man, a magician, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-Jesu: 7 Who was with the proconsul Sergius Paulus, a prudent man. He, sending for Barnabas and Saul, desired to hear the word of God. 8 But Elymas the magician (for so his name is interpreted) withstood them, seeking to turn away the proconsul from the faith. 9 Then Saul, otherwise Paul, filled with the Holy Ghost, looking upon him, 10 Said: O full of all guile and of all deceit, child of the devil, enemy of all justice, thou ceases not to pervert the right ways of the Lord." (DRCB).
THE CLASS KNOWN AS THE ANTICHRIST PERSECUTE TRUE FOLLOWERS OF JESUS (YESHUA) CHRIST:
This was clearly foretold at Luke 21:12, "12 But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and into prisons, dragging you before kings and governors, for my name's sake." (DRCB); And at Matthew 25:40 & 45, "And answering the king will say to them, 'Amen I say to you, as long as you did it for one of these, the least of my brethren, you did it for me.'" (DRCB) and "Then he will answer them, saying, 'Amen I say to you, as long as you did not do it for one of these least ones, you did not do it for me.'" (DRCB); And at Acts 9:1-6 "And Saul, as yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest 2 And asked of him letters to Damascus, to the synagogues: that if he found any men and women of this way, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. 3 And as he went on his journey, it came to pass that he drew nigh to Damascus. And suddenly a light from heaven shined round about him. 4 And falling on the ground, he heard a voice saying to him: Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5 Who said: Who art thou, Lord? And he: I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. It is hard for thee to kick against the goad. 6 And he, trembling and astonished, said: Lord, what wilt thou have me to do?" (DRCB); And at Revelation 17:5-6, "And on her forehead a name was written: A mystery: Babylon the great, the mother of the fornications and the abominations of the earth. 6 And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And I wondered, when I had seen her, with great admiration." (DRCB); Matthew 24:48-51, "But if that evil servant shall say in his heart: My lord is long a coming: 49 And shall begin to strike his fellow servants and shall eat and drink with drunkards: 50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day that he hopeth not and at an hour that he knoweth not: 51 And shall separate him and appoint his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." (DRCB).
Like wise this class, Antichrists, oppose Jesus (Yeshua) Christ's kingdom authority given to him as 1 Corinthians 15:20-28 as shown by Psalms 2:1-2, "Why have the Gentiles raged, and the people devised vain things? 2 The kings of the earth stood up, and the princes met together, against the Lord, and against his Christ." (DRCB); And at Revelation 19:19-21, "And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies, gathered together to make war with him that sat upon the horse and with his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who wrought signs before him, wherewith he seduced them who received the character of the beast and who adored his image. These two were cast alive into the pool of fire burning with brimstone." (DRCB).
HOWEVER, THE ANTICHRIST IS TO BE DESTROYED FOREVER-SHORTLY:
This is revealed at 1 John 4:1-5, "Dearly beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits if they be of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 By this is the spirit of God known. Every spirit which confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that dissolveth Jesus is not of God. And this is Antichrist, of whom you have heard that he cometh: and he is now already in the world. 4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome him. Because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world. Therefore of the world they speak: and the world heareth them." (DRCB); And at
2 Peter 2:1, "But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there shall be among you lying teachers who shall bring in sects of perdition and deny the Lord who bought them: bringing upon themselves swift destruction." (DRCB); And at Matthew 25:31 & 46, "But when the Son of Man shall come in his majesty, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory;" (DRCB) and "And these will go into everlasting punishment, but the just into everlasting life." (DRCB).

“Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; 2 While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.” 1 Peter 3:1 – 2, [authorized King James Bible; AV]
We should all conduct ourselves in righteousness, and show subjection to the Christ as wives show subjection to their husbands as shown by Acts 2:21 – 24, [AV] “For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: 22 Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: 23 Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: 24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”
Today we hear a lot about the End Times and/or the System of Things as we know it, but other than quoting such scriptures as 2 Peter 3:5-7, "For this they willfully forget, that there were heavens from of old, and an earth compacted out of water and amidst water by the word of God; 6 by which means the world that then was, being over flowed with water, perished; 7 but the heavens that now are, and the earth, by the same word have been stored up for fire, being reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men." (American Standard Version; ASV) or 2 Peter 3:12, "Looking for and earnestly desiring the coming of the day of God, by reason of which the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?" (ASV). However, beyond that most professed Christians know little about what God's (YHWH's) word says about the earth and its destiny, and have little if any understanding of these two scriptures.
GOD'S (YHWH's) PURPOSE FOR CREATING THE EARTH:
To better understand these two scriptures, we must first consider why God (YHWH) created the earth in the first place and put man on it, and this is given at Genesis 1:28, "And God blessed them; and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth." (ASV). The prophet Isaiah later showed that God (YHWH) created it with a purpose when he wrote at Isaiah 45:18, "For thus saith Jehovah that created the heavens, the God that formed the earth and made it, that established it and created it not a waste, that formed it to be inhabited: I am Jehovah; and there is none else." (ASV).
And a prophecy was given with respect to how he was going to once more bring the earth in harmony with his, Almighty God (YHWH), original purpose, see Psalms 37:9-11, "For evil-doers shall be cut off; But those that wait for Jehovah, they shall inherit the land. 10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: Yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and he shall not be. 11 But the meek shall inherit the land, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace." (ASV); this was also testified to at Proverbs 2:21-22, "For the upright shall dwell in the land, And the perfect shall remain in it. 22 But the wicked shall be cut off from the land, And the treacherous shall be rooted out of it." (ASV); That is why Jesus (Yeshua) said at Matthew 6:9-10, "After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thyt kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." (ASV).
THE LITERAL EARTH TO REMAIN FOREVER:
The literal earth is NOT the "heavens that now are, and the earth, by the same word have been stored up for fire, being reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men." Spoken of in 2 Peter 3:7 as previously quoted. This is assured at Psalms 104:5, "Who laid the foundations of the earth, That it should not be moved for ever." (ASV); And affirmed at Psalms 119:90, "Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: Thou hast established the earth, and it abideth." (ASV); And at, Ecclesiastes 1:4, "One generation goeth, and another generation cometh; but the earth abideth for ever." (ASV); so we see the literal earth will remain which leaves open the question of what shall be destroyed.
MAN CAN NOT CHANGE GOD'S (YHWH's) PURPOSE:
God (YHWH) has no intention in letting man destroy the earth with their terrible weapons of mass destruction as revealed at Revelation 11:18, "And the nations were wroth, and thy wrath came, and the time of the dead to be judged, and the time to give their reward to thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and to them that fear thy name, the small and the great; and to destroy them that destroy the earth." (ASV); And at Isaiah 55:11, "so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth; it shall not return unto me void, but is shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." (ASV); And at Isaiah 14:27, "For Jehovah of hosts hath purposed, and who shall annul it? And his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?" (ASV). So we see, God (YHWH) shall preserve the earth even though greedy men in their greed try to ruin it.
WHAT IS TO BE DESTROYED, THEN?:
The wicked system of things being done by a society of wicked humans driven or controlled by God's (YHWH's) arch-enemy Satan the Devil as hinted at by 2 Peter 3:7, previously quoted, and detailed by Revelation 19:17-20, "And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in mid heaven, Come and be gathered together unto the great supper of God; 18 that ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses and of them that sit thereon, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, and small and great, 19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against hem that sat upon the horse, and against his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought the signs in his sight, wherewith he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast and them that worshipped his image: they two were case alive into the lake of fire that burneth with brimstone;" (ASV); And at Revelation 21:1, "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth are passed away; and the sea is no more." (ASV). This was also prophesied by the prophet Jeremiah at Jeremiah 25:31-33, "A noise shall come even to the end of the earth; for Jehovah hath a controversy with the nations; he will enter into judgement with all flesh; as for the wicked, he will give them to the sword, saith Jehovah. 32 Thus saith Jehovah of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great tempest shall be raised up from the uttermost parts of the earth. 33 And the slain of Jehovah shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the face of the ground." (ASV).
Of course, this day will come with sudden surprise upon most of the inhabitants of the earth as testified to at Isaiah 13:9, "Behold, the day of Jehovah cometh, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger; to make the land a desolation, and to destroy the sinners thereof out of it." (ASV).
TRUE CHRISTIANS NEED FEAR NOT THIS DAY:
Just as in times past, such as the days of Noah, the righteous will be delivered while the wicked are being destroyed as shown at Matthew 24:37-39, "And as were the days of Noah, so shall be the coming of the Son of man. 38 For as in those days which were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark." (ASV); And affirmed at 1 Peter 3:20, "that aforetime were disobedient, when the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is eight souls, were saved through water." (ASV).
However, few will remain as the righteous will prove to be few in number as testified to at Isaiah 24:1-3 & 6, "Behold, Jehovah maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scatereth abroad the inhabitants thereof. 2 And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with the master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the creditor, so with the debtor; as with the taker of interest, so with the giver of interest to him. 3 The earth shall be utterly emptied, and utterly laid wast; for Jehovah hath spoken this word.. 6 Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are found guilty: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left." (ASV); And this is affirmed at 2 Peter 2:4-9, "For if God spared not angels when they sinned, but cast them down to hell, and committed them to pits of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; 5 and spared not the ancient world, but preserved Noah with seven others, a preacher of righteousness, when he brought a flood upon the world of the ungodly; 6 and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, having made them an example unto those that should live ungodly; 7 and delivered righteous Lot, sore distressed by the lascivious life of the wicked 8 (for that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their lawless deeds): 9 the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment unto the day of judgment." (ASV).
HOWEVER, WICKED TO BE CUT OFF:
The wicked shall be cut off, but the righteous will remain as previously shown. God (YHWH) will guard those loving him as shown by Psalms 145:20, "Jehovah preserveth all them that love him; But all the wicked will be destroyed." (ASV); And at Proverbs 10:30, "The righteous shall never be removed; But the wicked shall not dwell in the land." (ASV); And at Proverbs 12:7, "The wicked are overthrown, and are not; But the house of the righteous shall stand." (ASV); And at Proverbs 12:28, "In the way of righteousness is life; And in the pathway thereof there is no death." (ASV).
ELIMINATION OF THE WICKED WILL BRING BLESSINGS:
The earth will be much blessed when the wicked are cut off or eliminated, and Jesus (Yeshua) starts to rule as God's (YHWH's) agent in charge in keeping with 1 Corinthians 15:20-28, ""But now hath Christ been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of them that are asleep. 21 For since by man [came] death, by man [came] also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; then they that are Christ's, at his coming. 24 Then [cometh] the end, when he shall deliver up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have abolished all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy that shall be abolished is death. 27 For, He put all things in subjection under his feet. But when he saith, All things are put in subjection, it is evident that he is excepted who did subject all things unto him. 28 And when all things have been subjected unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subjected to him that did subject all things unto him, that God may be all in all." (ASV).
What will this direct rule by God's (YHWH's) son, Jesus (Yeshua) bring? Daniel 2:44 shows it will be a lasting government, "And in the days of those kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall the sovereignty thereof be left to another people; but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever." (ASV). Ans a Isaiah 32:1 states, "Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness and princes shall rule in justice." (ASV); And at Psalms 45:16, "Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, Whom thou shalt make princes in all the earth." (ASV).
UNDER THIS KINGDOM OF GOD RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL PREVAIL:
When this Kingdom of God that will be ruled over for a thousand years by Jesus (Yeshua) as his duly appointed agent as shown in 1 Corinthians 15:20-28, previously quoted, righteousness will prevail. This is made clear at 2 Peter 3:13, "But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness." (ASV); And at Acts 17:31, "inasmuch as he hath appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead." (ASV); And Jesus' (Yeshua's) judgment will be just as foretold at Isaiah 11:3-5, "and his delight shall be in the fear of Jehovah; and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither decide after the hearing of his ears; 4 but with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and the breadth of his lips shall he slay the wicked. 5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his waist, and faithfulness the girdle of his loins." (ASV).
WONDERFUL CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL UNDER THIS KINGDOM:
Wonderful conditions will prevail under God's (YHWH's) Kingdom as shown at Revelation 21:1-4, "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth are passed away; and the sea is no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of the throne saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he shall dwell with them, and they shall be his peoples, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God: 4 and he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more; neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more: the first things are passed away." (ASV). And at Isaiah 65:21-22, "And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. 22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat; for as the days of a tree shall be the days of my people, and my chosen shall long enjoy the work of their hands." (ASV); And at Micah 4:4, "But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of Jehovah of hosts hath spoken it." (ASV).
THE DEAD WILL BE RESURRECTED:
At this time and during the reign of God's (YHWH's) Kingdom under his agent, Jesus (Yeshua) Christ, his Son, the dead will be resurrected as foretold at John 5:28-29, "Marvel not at this: for the hour cometh, in which all that are in the tombs shall hear his voice, 29 and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment." (ASV); And at Acts 24:15, "having hope toward God, which these also themselves look for, that there shall be a resurrection both of the just and unjust." (ASV); And at Revelation 20:12-13, "And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne; and books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead that were in it; and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works." (ASV).
WHAT WILL BE THE OUTCOME FOR THE RIGHTEOUS?:
The righteous shall receive eternal life for proving obedient as shown at Hebrews 5:9, "and having been made perfect, he became unto all them that obey him the author of eternal salvation;" (ASV); And at Isaiah 25:8, "He hath swallowed up death for ever; and the Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the reproach of his people will be take away from off all the earth: for Jehovah hath spoken it." (ASV).
Jesus (Yeshua) must rule as king as his Father's (YHWH's) appointed agent in keeping with the Jewish Law of Agencies. Jesus (Yeshua) was God's (YHWH's) appointed agent in accordance with the 'Biblical law of agency' described as, "Scripture mentions something being done by Person A, whilst another mentions it being done by Person B. This is best understood when we grasp the Schaliach Principle, or the Jewish Law of Agency, which is expressed in the dictum, "A person's agent is regarded as the person himself." Therefore any act committed by a duly appointed agent is regarded as having been committed by the principle." (The Encyclopedia of the Jewish Religion, R.J.Z. Werblowski and Geoffrey Wigoder). Having an understanding of this Jewish Law of Agencies helps one to understand the meaning of Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death; but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (ASV), and Revelation 21:1-4, previously quoted.
MANKIND WILL BE UNITED IN THE WORSHIP OF THE ONE TRUE GOD (YHWH):
The whole earth will be filled with the knowledge of God (YHWH), and this is testified to at Isaiah 11:9, "They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea." (ASV); And at Isaiah 66:23, "And it shall come to pass that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith Jehovah." (ASV)
PARADISE RESTORED:
As the evildoer who was executed along with Jesus (Yeshua) was told by Jesus (Yeshua) so shall it be, a paradise restored, see Luke 23:42-43, "And he said, Jesus, remember me when thou comest in thy kingdom. 43 And he said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in Paradise." (ASV).
Now what does the Bible say of a paradise, let's check Genesis 2:8, "And Jehovah God planted a garden eastward, in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed." (ASV); And at Genesis 2:15, "And Jehovah God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it." (ASV).
In this paradise that will exist under God's (YHWH's) kingdom no one will be hungry and there will be an abundance of food as foretold at Psalms 72:16, "There shall be abundance of grain in the earth upon the top of the mountains; The fruit thereof shall shake like Lebanon; And they of the city shall flourish like grass of the earth." (ASV); And at Ezekiel 34:27, "And the tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield its increases, and they shall be secure in their land; and they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I have broken the bars of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the hand of those that made bondmen of them." (ASV).
PEACE AMONG MAN AND ANIMALS WILL BE A REALITY IN THE PARADISE:
Peace will be one of the most striking features of this paradise as foretold at Isaiah 9:6-7, "For "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of Jehovah of hosts will perform this." (ASV); And at Micah 4:3-4, "and he will judge between many peoples, and will decide concerning strong nations afar off: and they shall beat their swords into plow shares, and their spears into pruning-hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. 4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of Jehovah of hosts hath spoken it." (ASV); And at Psalms 46:8-11, "Come, behold the works of Jehovah, What desolations he hath made in the earth. 9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; He breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; He burneth the chariots in the fire. 10 Be still, and know that I am God: Iwill be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. 11 Jehovah of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge." (ASV).
EVEN THE ANIMALS WILL BE AT PEACE WITH EACH OTHER AND MAN:
Today many speak of various peace plans to bring about peace among mankind, and as we all know their efforts never come to a real fruitation. However, God (YHWH) through his master worker, Jesus (Yeshua) will bring this about, and he will as his Father's (YHWH's) master worker per Proverbs 8:30, "Then I was beside Him, {as} a master workman; And I was daily {His} delight, Rejoicing always before Him, " (ASV); and John 1:3, "All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being." (ASV), thus God (YHWH) and his Son worked together to bring all else into existence; also, bring about peace between animals and man and animals with animals per Isaiah 11:6-9, "And the wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. 7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 And the suckling child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder's den. 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy inh all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea." (ASV); And Hosea 2:18 affirms this, "And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the birds of the heavens, and with the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the land, and will make them to lie down safely." [3] DISCOURSE ON THE END TIMES AND GOD'S (YHWH'S) DEFEAT OF GOG OF MAGOG:
This discourse deals with how God's (YHWH's) people will be able to stand still and see the defeat of the forces of Satan the Devil, the daemons, defeated by the forces of God (YHWH) at the End Times, and what will occur then and immediately prior to that time.
In ancient times an event occurred that prefigured how it will be for God's (YHWH's) people in the end times with respect to the battle that will take place as shown by 2 Chronicles 20:15-17, "And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, ant thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not your's, but God's. 16 To morrow go ye down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel. 17 Ye shall not need to fight in this battle; set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you." (Authorized King James Bible; AV).
Today many are very worried about terrorism, but while such a threat must be taken seriously, the war of Almighty God (YHWH) against the forces of the Gog of Magog, Satan the Devil, has far greater consequences. The world community gives little or no attention to this however.
In the Bible, Ezekiel speaks of this attack in Ezekiel chapter 38. It is not an exaggeration to say that this attack will have much greater consequences than is the threat of international terrorism. Gog's attack goes beyond an assault on some human government; it is a strike against the heavenly government of God (YHWH)! Yet, unlike humans, who may have only limited success in coping with assaults on their system, the Creator (YHWH) is fully capable of dealing with Gog's more vicious attack.
Resistance to the rule by God's (YHWH's) kingdom will clearly reach its climax during the attack by the Gog of Magog. And Ezekiel 38:1-4 states, "And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tybal, and prophesy against him, 3 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: 4 And I will turn thee back and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:" (AV).
True Christians may wonder how humans can fight against this invisible, government of Satan the Devil, the Gog of Magog. However, the resurrected Jesus (Yeshua) who sits at the right hand of his Father (YHWH) has a heavenly government of his own made up of the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth per Revelation 14:1, "And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads." (AV); And this is also testified to at John 1:29, "The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world." (AV). Being heavenly, the new government under the King Jesus (Yeshua) is spoken of as the "new heavens," whereas its earthly subjects are logically called "a new earth," as testified to at Isaiah 65:17, "For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind." (AV); and at 2 Peter 3:13, "Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness." (AV). In fact, most of these 144,000 corulers with Jesus (Yeshua) have already joined him in heaven after being chosen as worthy by his Father (YHWH) as shown at Revelation 7:14, "And I said unto him, Sir thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb." (AV); And at Revelation 17:14, "These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful." (AV).
God (YHWH) reaction to the opposition to the establishment of his kingdom was foretold at Psalm 2:4-6, "He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. 5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. 6 Yet Have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion." (AV). The time, end times, will arrive for Jesus (Yeshua), under his Father's (YHWH's) direction to, Revelation 6:2, "And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow: and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer." (AV).
Jesus (Yeshua) will still have a great following on earth in addition to those 144,000 his Father (YHWH) has selected to rule with him as co rulers in heaven. This is testified to at Revelation 7:9-10, "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb." (AV). These ones will be the ruled under this new kingdom. Thus these have an approved standing before God (YHWH) and Christ Jesus (Yeshua). Carrying "palm branches in their hands," they hail Yehovah (YHWH) as the rightful Sovereign of the universe, whose rulership is expressed through the reign of his enthroned King, Jesus (Yeshua) Christ, see John 1:29, "The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world." (AV); And at John 1:36, "And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!" (AV).
Gog's attack will cause God's enthroned King to take action and wage the war of Armageddon as recorded at Revelation 16:14-16, "And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and jupon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. 15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. 16 And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped." (AV). Those who have refused to acknowledge God's (YHWH's) sovereignty will suffer destruction. Thoise who have endured tribulation for their loyalty to God's (YHWH's) Kingdom, on the other hand, will experience permanent relief. This was recorded by the Apostle Paul at 2 Thessalonians 1:5-8, "Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer: 6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; 7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ." (AV).
During this end time upcoming great tribulation, ending in Armageddon, Jesus (Yeshua) Christ will wage war against all evil. But there will be no need for his followers to fight, just as it was unnecessary for the inhabitants of the two-tribe kingdom of Judah thousands of years ago to do so. The battle belongs to God (YHWH), and he gave the victory. This is as recorded as 2 Chronicles 20:22-24, "And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten. 23 For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another. 24 And when Judah came toward the watch tower in the wilderness, they looked unto the multitude, and, behold, they were dead bodies fallen to the earth, and none escaped." (AV).
And it was exactly as God (YHWH) had foretold at 2 Chronicles 20:17, "Ye shall not need to fight in this battle; set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you." (AV). This example set the pattern for true Christians to follow when Jesus (Yeshua) moves in, Romans 6:13, "Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God." (AV); And, Romans 12:17-21, "Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. 18 If it be possible, as much a lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. 21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good." (AV); And, Romans 13:12, "Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation." (AV); And 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh; 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." (AV). As can be seen, these scriptures set the pattern for true Christians to follow at the end times when Jesus (Yeshua) Christ moves in to complete his conquest.
Gog of Magog, who is identified as Satan the Devil, will lead the attack, but not directly against true Christians as he is a spirit creature who can not carry out attacks on humans directly. He, Gog of Magog, will use human agencies to do this. The Bible does not detail exactly who these will be, but gives us some indications to help us identify these agencies. Thus, as world events unfold in fulfillment of Bible prophecies, we will gradually have a clearer picture. Therefore, all true Christians must remain spiritually alert, fully aware of political and religious developments that fit into the framework of this Bible fulfillment of prophecy. However, the prophet Daniel does shed some light on this final attack against God's (YHWH's) people at Daniel 11:44-45, "But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many. 45 And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him." (AV).
In Bible context, Psalms 2:6, "Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion." (AV); And, Joshua 1:4, "From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast." (AV). Here the great sea was the Mediterranean, and the holy mountain was Zion, God's (YHWH's) chosen people at that time. Thus, in a spiritual sense, the land between the great sea and the holy mountain represents the prosperous spiritual estate of anointed true Christians as they are no longer identified with the sea of humanity alienated from God. They are looking forward to direct rule by Christ Jesus (Yeshua) and his co rulers in heaven. They will be the target of the Gog of Magog. This will be a fulfillment of Daniel's prophecy, Isaiah 57:20, "But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt." (AV); And, Hebrews 12:22, "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God." (AV); And, Revelation 14:1, earlier quoted in this discourse.
Now let's consider how true Christians will react in the end times when the Gog of Magog launches his final attack. They will (1) take their position, (2) they will stand still, and (3) they will see their salvation by God (YHWH). Each of these will be separately dealt with.
Take their position = True Christians, being God's (YHWH's) people today, will continue to actively support God's (YHWH's) kingdom. In other words, they will be steadfast, unmovable in loyally supporting God (YHWH) and telling others about his loving kindness as shown at 1 Corinthians 15:58, "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast and immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." (Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible); And, Psalm 118:28-29, "You are my Divine One, and I shall laud you; My God-Ishall exalt you." (New World Translation; NWT). Thus no present or future tribulation can shake them from this divinely approved position.
They will stand still = God's (YHWH's) servants will not seek to save themselves, but will put their trust in God (YHWH) to save them. He is the only one capable of rescuing his servants out of the doomed chaotic world of the end times. This is shown at Isaiah 43:10-11, "You are My witnesses, declares the Lord, 'And My servant whom I have chosen, In order that you may know and believe Me, And understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, And there will be none after Me. 11 I, even I, am the Lord; And there is no savior besides Me." (New American Standard Bible; NASB); And Isaiah 54:15, "If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing; whoever attacks you will surrender to you." (New International Version; NIV); And, Lamentations 3:26, "It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord." (Revised Standard Version, RSV). In fact, in the end times true Christians will need to place their confidence in fellow worshipers authorized by God (YHWH), as shown at Matthew 24:45-47, "Who, dost thou think, is the faithful and prudent servant whom his master has set over his household to give them their food in due time? 46 Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, shall find so doing. 47 Amen I say to you, he will set him over all his goods." (Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible); And Hebrews 13:7, "Remember those who are taking the lead among you, who have spoken the word of God to you, and as your contemplate how [their] conduct turns out imitate [their]faith." (NWT); And Hebrews 13:17, "Obey your leaders and submit to them; for they are keeping watch over your souls, as men who will have to give account. Let them do this joyfully, and not sadly, for that would be of no advantage to you." (RSV).
They will see their salvation by God (YHWH) = Salvation will be the reward for all who hold fast their position of true Christian integrity and who put their trust in God (YHWH) for deliverance. Until the final hour of the end times, they will continue to announce the arrival of the end times, God's (YHWH's) judgment day. It is imperative that all creation know about the true God (YHWH) and his faithful servants. This will be the last prolonged controversy over God's (YHWH's) rightful sovereignty as pointed out at Ezekiel 33:33, "And when that which was foretold shall come to pass, (for behold it is coming,) then shall they know that a prophet hath been among them." (Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible); And Ezekiel 36:23, "'And I shall certainly sanctify my great name, which was being profaned among the nations, which you profaned in the midst of them; and the nations will have to know that I am Jehovah,' is the utterance of the Sovereigh Lord Jehovah, 'when I am sanctified among you before their eyes." (NWT).
Thus, true Christians, God's (YHWH's) people, will with renewed energy enter in to God's (YHWH's) new world with eagerness to sing a victory song, even as did the Isralites of old after their deliverance through the Red Sea. They will be forever grateful to God (YHWH) for their deliverance by his Son, Jesus (Yeshua).
This is confirmed at Exodus 15:1-19, "Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the Lord, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the Lord for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea. 2 The Lord is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him. 3 The Lord is a man of war: the Lord is his name. 4 Pharoh's chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea; his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea. 5 ... 6 Thy right hand, O Lord, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O Lord, hath dashed in pieces the enemy. 7 And in the greatness of thine excellency thou hast over thrown them that rose up against thee; thou sentest forth thy wrath, which consumed them as stubble. 8 And with the blast of thy nostrils the waters were gathered together, the floods stood upright as an heap, and the depths were congealed in the heart of the sea. 9 The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them. 10 Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: they sank as lead in mighty waters. 11 Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? 12 Thou stretchedst out thy right hand, the earth swallowed them. 13 Thou in thy merch hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed: thou hast guided them in thy strength unto thy holy habitation. 14 The people shall hear, and be afraid: sorrow shall take hold on the inhabitants of Palestina. 15 Then the dukes of Edom shall be amazed: the mighty men of Moab, trembling shall take hold upon them; all the inhabitants of Canan shall melt away. 16 Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be as still as a stone; tell thy people pass over, O Lord, till the people pass over, which thou hast purchased. 17 Thou shalt bring them in, and plant them in the mountain of thine inheritance, in the place, O Lord, which thou hast made for thee to dwell in, in the Sanctuary, O Lord, which thy hands have established. 18 The Lord shall reign for ever and ever. 19 For the horse of Pharoh went in with his chariots and with horsemen into the sea, and the Lord brought again the waters of the sea upon them; but the children of Israel went on dry land in the midst of the sea." (AV).
So now with prospect of everlasting life for true Christians ever brighter as the end times draws near, this is a grand time for all of God's (YHWH's) servants to demonstrate their devotion to him, as shown at 1 Chronicles 29:11-13, "Yours, O Jehovah [[YHWH]], are the greatness and the mightiness and the beauty and the excellency and the dignity; for everything in the heavens and in the earth is [yours]. Yours is the kingdom, O Jehovah, the One also lifting yourself up as head over all. 12 The richest and the glory are on account of you, and you are dominating everything; and in your hand there are power and mightiness, and in your hand is [ability] to make great and to give strength to all. 13 And now O our God, we are thanking you and praising your beauteous name." (NWT)
